Laura Beoglos

Laura is a trademark attorney and has been with Sand, Sebolt & Wernow since 1998. Laura’s practice focuses on all aspects of trademark law, but particularly counseling clients prior to federal Trademark registration and during the Trademark registration process. Her extensive practical experience in matters before the United States Trademark Office often provides advantages for her clients in resolving disputes. Laura is also well versed in handling appeals before the United States Trademark Office.

Laura represents businesses ranging in size from small retailers to large multinational corporations. She assists them in both domestic and international matters. Laura is experienced in handling contractual matters of varying size, but much of her focus is on intellectual property licensing and asset purchase agreements.

Laura’s practice also focuses on all aspects of intellectual property litigation including drafting written motions needed to effectively move a case through the court system, negotiating with opposing counsel and charting strategies for resolving disputes

In addition, Laura prepares and reviews intellectual property license agreements and non-compete agreements on behalf of our clients.
